Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or making a payment.

1. Formation of Agreement

An agreement is established once a booking is confirmed and/or a payment is made.

By completing payment, the client automatically agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payment Structure

• The total amount is divided into two invoices:

    •    30% deposit (first invoice) to secure the training date

    •    70% remaining balance (second invoice) due no later than 7 days before the training

3. Product Sets (Starter Set, Expert Set & Others)

• All product sets (including Starter Set, Expert Set and future sets) are ordered specifically for each client after booking confirmation and/or payment

• These are custom orders and involve direct costs

All product sets are non-returnable and non-refundable

4. Marketing Materials

• Marketing materials are provided 7 days before the training date

• This ensures they are up-to-date and ready for immediate use

• Early payment does not change this timeline

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The 30% deposit is non-refundable in all cases, as it secures the training date and covers initial preparation

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the training date:

→ the remaining 70% (second invoice) is not required or may be refunded if already paid, excluding any product costs if a set has already been ordered

• Cancellation within 14 days before the training date:

→ 100% of the total amount (both invoices) remains due and non-refundable

• product set has already been ordered, product costs are always non-refundable

6. Liability

Body&Soul by Babs is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or any consequences resulting from participation in trainings or use of products.
